- Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge?
- Up to twenty files at a time, each up to 100 MB. That limit exists because the work is done in your browser's memory rather than on a server.
- Are my files uploaded anywhere?
- No. The merge runs entirely on your own device with JavaScript. Nothing is sent to FreeAIPDF or anyone else.
- Will the merged PDF keep the original quality?
- Yes. Pages are copied, not re-rendered, so text stays selectable and images keep their original resolution.
- Can I change the page order after merging?
- Use the Organize PDF tool on the merged file to reorder, rotate or delete individual pages.
